Long Beach Hospital Seeks Public’s Help to Identify Unknown Patient

MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center appeals to the community to identify a patient admitted without identification.

MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center is reaching out to the public for assistance in identifying a man who has been under their care since October 23.

The individual was discovered near Long Beach Boulevard and the 710 Freeway, lacking any form of identification or personal documents.

Hospital officials describe him as a Hispanic male in his 60s, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing around 200 pounds, with silver-gray hair and brown eyes.

Despite extensive efforts by hospital staff and social workers, no family members or acquaintances have been located.

Community members who recognize this individual or possess information that could aid in his identification are encouraged to contact MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center’s Emergency Department Social Work at 562-743-9507.

Images of the man have been released to facilitate the identification process.

The hospital urges the community to share this information widely to help reunite the patient with his loved ones.
